Good, honest mechanics! They always get me in quickly, the prices are great, and the waiting area is really nice and comfortable. Definitely the nicest auto shop I've ever been to. I just recently got my 2015 silverado 1500 lifted there. Highly recommend this shop.

I can’t recommend this mechanic enough. From start to finish, the service was honest, professional, and efficient. They took the time to clearly explain what was wrong with my vehicle, showed me the issue, and gave me options instead of pressuring me into unnecessary repairs. Pricing was fair, the work was completed on time, and my car runs better than it has in years. It’s rare to find a shop that combines skill, integrity, and great customer service, but this one truly does. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending them to everyone I know.

First time customer. Told Alex the issue with my truck. We both kinda knew what was wrong but he and his father double checked to make sure. Replaced the fuel pump in a timely manner,clean work. The whole experience was painless. I would recommend Big Bad Auto. Oh, and reasonable prices.

I've known Alex for a few years, a very good guy, and I just recently met his dad Jose at their shop. These guys performed brake services on both of my cars, replacing, adjusting, and/or cleaning components as needed. In each case, not only was the work perfect and the price great, but Alex and Jose also made time and room for me in their service bays promptly. Golden. What more could I have asked?
