I would like to thank Ron and Theo, they did an excellent job, Ron was super attentive. had a flat tire that delayed my trip and gave me a bit of a headache, I didn't have a spare tire and it was a Saturday when all the tire shops were closed, but Ron assured me that he would help me the next day, and he did, he helped me. Bilco was a dream to work with when I found my trail adventure turned misadventure and came back to a flat tire. I called for roadside assistance after hours with a tire change on a rural and rugged road and their scheduler was so kind and helpful. Ron came out within an hour of calling and was professional, speedy, efficient, and made a flat tire go as smoothly and stress free as possible. Thank you for your assist, Ron! Had to get a tow on a truck that died as I was leaving my driveway. I got a tow with Brian through AAA and he was fantastic. He had a few other clients before me, but called as soon as he was headed my way and his ETA was spot on. The truck was in a bit of a tight spot, but he was able to back in and get it out no problem. He also did a great job on the other side—handling all of the speaking to the shop owner and getting the vehicle to a place that would be the best for the mechanic to work on it. Brian was very friendly and he helped make a stressful breakdown less difficult. I would recommend his towing to anyone who needs to move their vehicle.

Had a great experience with Bilko after breaking down on the highway. Service was quick and easy, and our driver, Uriel, was extremely kind, patient, and professional. He was very helpful while I stressed about dogs and carseats! He also got to me within 30 minutes of calling!
