Cascade Valley Lube

Chris is completely unprofessional and rude. He should not be talking to customers because his attitude. We got a FULL SERVICE (expensive!) Oil change. We were then told we had an oil leak so we need to take to a mechanic. We took it to our mechanic only to find out cascade didn't screw the oil filter on all the way. Really? So we go back, get another oil change (looking back should we have given them another chance?) They let us know we have a oil leak. So we take it back to our mechanic. We had a brand new oil leak in the front (not their fault) but my mechanic let me know they didn't screw the oil filter on again!!! He said he could turn it 3 times before it was tight. Had the full service oil change. These folks were great! They checked my tires and my fluids and washed the windshield and suck. Angel was my oil man and with Paula working the exterior. Coodos to all of them

Went in with a 2020 Tiguan for an oil change and got quoted around $85. The total came out to over $100. I would have done the oil change myself at that price. When I asked about the price difference, the employee that quoted me said that she was only off by a few dollars and that they are still cheaper than anywhere else in town. They also did not reset my maintenance light inside of my vehicle or offer to reset it.

I've only gone here about three times but every time I come in it's a great service. There is sometimes a wait but they come to your car and get everything prepared so when you're getting your car serviced it only takes a couple of seconds. They don't pester you insistently on additional services they ask what you want and they just do it. Their prices are about 75$ - $100 less than the other places around town. Very lovely employees and they care about you and your fur babies too.

I only get my oil changed here because they're fairly quick even when they have a long line (and they can get pretty busy), the work is great, and I think the pricing is great too. I've never had any problems with the work they've done. You get what you ask for, plus if they notice anything going on with the car, they'll let you know
