I cannot say enough about the service center. We were driving thru Yakima on the way home from vacation when a bunch of service lights came on. The service center not only squeezed us in, but drove us to and from a motel and the mechanic worked late to replace the valve body of our transmission so we could leave the following morning. The staff were all friendly and helpful. Thank you for making a sucky situation better.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Purchased a vehicle 4 days ago and already having issues. Salesman and service did bare minimum to fix the issue. Do NOT shop here!! Instead of replacing completely crusted and rusty rotors they resurfaced them and couldn’t tell me the measurements remaining on the rotors only the brake pads, but they were working on the rotors?? Beware place is grimy and not as reputable as they once were when it was Stewart Subaru. Posted are pics of their fine work. “Good as new” they said. Warranties a joke they don’t honor it just do enough to get you out of their hair. Boo McCurley Subaru

Great service, nice employees: my only complaint about our used vehicle is the curb worn tire without us noticing until the following week. Considering sidewalk tire blowouts are very dangerous and they cannot tell the structural integrity of the tire, I'm not happy about them telling me it's fine and will not be replaced.

Told me they had specific tires so I drove over an hour away, didn't have them in stock and had to pay $100 more for the next ones up. Also had a maintenance check, told me the brakes were going out. I went to change them out and they just lied. The brakes weren't even close to 50% wear. Avoid this place if you don't want to be scammed
