Excellent customer service! The wife’s alternator went bad on her way back to Coos Bay. Dropped the vehicle off at the end of the day on Thursday and was able to pick it up by 3:30pm the next day. Satisfied and definitely recommend to others!

This is my first visit and I can honestly say he gave me a fair price. And did great work, so I will see him again. It's hard to find a good mechanic that doesn't try to rip you off. He seems to be a really nice guy as well

My family has had a number of cars (differnt makes and models) worked on/fixed at Bill's over the years. Dale and Chance are stand up father and son mechanics. They are honest, friendly and hardworking. I would recommend them without hesitation.

Parts quality is terrible. The ignition coil on my Silverado went out and I had had it towed to Bill's. They diagnosed it quickly enough and replaced the part. The day I picked it up I drove it 2 miles before it died and they replaced the ignition coil AGAIN. Fast forward 6 months and I started getting multiple cylinder misfires. My regular shop had to replace the cat converter ($400) due to all the fuel dumping into my exhaust. They replaced several fuel injectors, a fuel rail, and distributor cap ($900) trying to alleviate the problem with no success. Finally they replaced the ignition coil ($70) despite it being brand new, and it runs great again. I ended up with $1300 in repairs because of the poor quality of parts they put in originally. I would recommend a another shop!
