New owners are awesome. They treat you with respect and the saled team professionalism was epic. Loads of current inventory, awesome indoor rc track with a killer selection of fun toys. I highly recommend this place now.

Honestly wouldn't take my bike anywhere else. I called they answered and could schedule my service in 2 days instead of 2 weeks. Their customer service is great as well as their prices compared to those in Eugene.

I didn't have a good experience at all. I would strongly suggest avoiding having repairs done there. I was told I would have my bike back in a week, in time for memorial day. After several phone calls to them with no return call or communication on the status of my 2017 bike, I finally insisted that they return it. I received my bike and a BOX OF PARTS AND PLASTICS WITH MISMATCHED BOLTS! Conveniently there was NEVER an owner or manager available when I called. STAY OUT OF THIS PLACE!!

Lenny is great, the owner not so much i wont be shopping there anymore. I'm the type of guy that spends a few extra dollars to support the local community, but when you get horrid service, you lose my buisiness for good.

I was in the RC side of the shop. The gentleman there. Gave me such a good deal on my parts. That I had to let him know it would get paid forward. Look forward to returning......
