Bill Cole Ford Lincoln Parts

I’m very disappointed with the service I’ve received from the parts department at Bill Cole Automall. I brought my Ford Escape in for a recall a year ago—at the very dealership where I originally purchased the vehicle 5 months prior—and it has yet to be resolved. Each time I’ve called for an update, I’ve been given a different excuse with no clear resolution. The last I heard, back in February, was that the part (a door) was at a body shop, but since then I’ve received no updates and the repair has still not been completed. There has been a clear lack of follow-through and accountability on their end, and the issue remains unresolved after an entire year.
