Bill Dodge Hyundai Service

My experience with Bill Dodge Hyundai has been frustrating from a customer service standpoint from sales to service. Jason and Holly did their best to untangle the confusion but my new car that I bought from this dealership in November 2025 didn’t have accurate service records from its entire life being through this service/sales team. This required me having an appointment I attended where my car was not due for maintenance which is inconvenient. That appt was rescheduled and still did not yet require the scheduled maintenance. It was not apparent to the service team that I had a platinum Service package and overall, every interaction with this dealership could have been handled better. Excellent service, needed oil change and tire rotation, on inspection found I needed new tires I got 3 and one free surprisingly made it a little more pocketbook friendly. They let my car stay inside overnight so it was nice and warm when I picked it up in the morning . Thank you so much!

Everytime I visit this service area I have a bad experience. Needed right strut mount fixed. Was quoted $900. Then turns out its covered by warrenty, great. Took time off work so they could fix it, car is still making the same noise and I don’t believe they did anything to actually fix the vehicle. Emailed adviser Jason Doyle 2 days ago and have not received a response. Ridiculous and a HUGE waste of time.

The service was completed faster than expected thanks to those behind the scenes. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The coffee is a pleasant surprise. Anytime having to wait for repairs to be completed, it's always appreciated to have complementary snacks and beverages. Waiting area could do with an update, daily newspaper, current magazines, deep cleaning the chairs.

Thank you so much for the wonderful and quick work, because I didn't have to wait for the date we gave to repair my car. I really liked your welcoming manner and the way you communicated; it was wow.
