Excellent service. Ashley was extremely helpful and the technicians stayed extra to help us with a tire problem while on vacation. I would highly recommend this location for their dedication to their customers. Very kind and friendly crew. Such great service. Cannot thank them enough! They truly went above and beyond.

I had an appointment elsewhere and it got canceled because it was a Sunday that they weren’t actually open the Brunswick location. Did a fantastic job to get me in. I even went online before the store open to pick out tires and try to schedule an appointment for that day at about an hour before you opened I got a phone call from Your service advisor or manager there. You have to forgive me. His name alludes me at the moment who called me to confirm my order confirm my car confirm what I needed. He made sure that he walked every step of the way through to confirm that I understood the price and the potential price is depending on my choices. Chris and Ashley at VIP Tire were so kind and welcoming. I went in for an oil change and alignment and they gave me some diagnoses to work on my car. The coffee was great, clean and quiet reception area with interesting TV and magazines to enjoy passing the time. I really liked hanging out there, and now the warning lights on my dashboard are gone, highly recommend!

Went in to have my tires checked. The technician quickly checked and adjusted tires, including the spare, as necessary for correct pressure. Very friendly. But as I started to leave, the car wouldn't start. The technician tested the battery and it was "bad" and everyone quickly got one ordered, delivered, and installed. Very impressed. I'd go back in a heartbeat.

This was my second visit since moving to this area. The first time I found them based on the recommendation of someone in the area when I needed my tires replaced quickly after driving over construction debris. During that visit, they were kind, courteous and understanding. My car was added to the schedule the same day and we were in and out much quicker than I expected.
