Prompto 10 Minute Oil Change

I used to think of Prompto as the Aroma Joes of the oil change industry with over the top friendly service and tons of loving reviews. Sadly, while this was my experience of the Brunswick employees, the same cannot be said of its neglectful regional management. It’s been over 2 months since my car was accidentally damaged during an oil change when a heavy yellow ramp fell against the passenger side of my car. At the time, the incident was handled very responsibly by the store manager and the employees could not have been more concerned and apologetic. However, a month later I had to return to the shop to lodge a complaint that no one had followed up on my claim. Once again, the manger was apologetic and responsibly took more pictures and resubmitted the claim. A second month has now passe

I've been to two Promptos in the state of Maine, and I am so impressed with the friendly staff and quick service at BOTH places. I don't know where they find their employees, but they have great people. Very friendly, happy, professional, and as clean as you can expect at a garage. 😁 Also the price is impossible to beat, they checked our tire pressure while we were there too. You guys are awesome and our go-to oil changers. Thanks!

Very professional- very quick and kind- don’t forget to tip your oil team… They are too courteous to ask for gratuity- it’s appropriate ( Don’t be a miser ) to tip at least $5 -$10.

I wasn’t asked about what oil I wanted or needed and I always got regular 5w20 and they put in the premium making my oil change more than I thought and also marked my windows were cleaned when they didn’t do that service for me. I usually love going here because they ask me always but this was just kinda wrong imo. I love yall but please remember to ask and not do this to other customers.

Out 300$ after they placed my oil cap on wrong. Car completely dumped oil while on the highway, a week after getting an oil change here. I’ve used them 2 other times and didn’t have an issue but it’s too bring of a thing to risk. If I wasn’t smart and pulled over quick, could’ve blown the whole engine.
