Gave it one star because zero stars is not an option. They quoted me a price to do work. I paid the price to which we agreed. They said they did the work. A few days later I had the same problem and took it back. Turns out, they didn't do all of the work they said they did. Then, the manager offered to do the work for which I already paid if I paid him again for the parts to do the work I already paid them to do and that they said they did. When I told him I wasn't happy and I was going to continue to pursue the matter, he told me he only picks fights he knows he can win. How does anyone win in this situation?
