The biggest difference between having a poor or great experience with any business are the people working there. The NEW team working at Store #724 10501 York rd. Cockeysville MD are top notch. Despite being down a person for the day, they were able to take the time to discuss with me options and pricing, and then install four tires and an oil change as quickly as possible. The mechanics and manager were polite and helpful, which you generally don't find at most chain level shops. If you had used this Mr. Tire or are looking for a great service and a friendly vibe, give them a try, as they are under new management and several new mechanics. My family and I will be coming back. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

So I decided to go into my local Mr. Tire. I just got a vehicle. I wanted to get it inspected and looked over, maybe find a new relationship with the mechanic. So, I went to the place nearest to my house, a place that I can walk to. And try to develop a relationship. So I walk in. No one's at the front desk. So I look around and I ring the bell. And then eventually this guy comes out and the guy says, Do you have an appointment? Or are you gonna leave your car here for a few days? I cannot believe that you open that way. I told them, that's a great opening. He didn't say hello, how are you doing? How can I help you? Nothing. He said, do you have an appointment or do you want to leave your vehicle here for a few days? I was actually quite stunned by the lack of customer serv

I was quite happy with my first time visiting. I was concerned about a wheel alignment and scheduled an early AM appointment kind of last minute, but they were able to get me in. The scope of the work was finished in a reasonable time and at a reasonable price. I will definitely be coming back

The group of guys at this location are perfect. They work as a team ro get you in and out. The guy that took my truck on was a floater manager, but he helped me and got me in the shop quick.The guy that worked on my truck did an excellent job. When I am working in area again and I have a problem.. I will return

Went for an oil change, we were offered to replace air filter for the engine and for the cabin. I asked to use 5W-20 for the oil according to the manufacturer, the receipt mentioned they used 5W-30, I was told it’s a computer typo and they used what I asked. I hope that’s correct. The next day the engine had vibration and my scanner found a misfire on cylinder 2. We googled the issue and found out that if the air filter is not put correctly, it might cause that issue. I repositioned the filter and the engine got back to normal. I advise Mr.tire to pay attention next time but the guy over there blame the issue (check engine) on the car engine. As a customer that was a frustrating experience.
