I can't say enough good things about Joe and his team at Brookman Motorworks, but I'm gonna try. We've been taking our cars to Brookman for ten years now. They are mechanical experts, but more important to me, they're open, honest, completely reliable, thorough and patient in communicating. They tell me what really needs to be repaired on my car right now, what I might want to consider repairing now or sometime soon, and what to be on the lookout for in months ahead. Their diagnoses and suggestions have always been knowledgeable and thoughtful, and there's never any pressure.I always leave their shop feeling really good because that's just how they operate. Highest possible recommendation!

Most honest shop I’ve ever been to. When working on my car they found an issue that needed to be taken care of ASAP. Instead of selling me another pricey repair they informed me of a BMW extended warranty and even printed out documents and photos to make going to the dealership a hassle-free experience, where I was able to get it taken care of free of charge.

I am usually not one to leave reviews, positive or negative but my experience with Brookman Motor Works exceeded my expectations and I felt compelled to write one. Joe and his techs(especially Mark who is fantastic at figuring out those issues NOBODY else can) are everything a quality repair shop should be. Honest and straight forward with their diagnosis. Their knowledge, experience, and up to date equipment give them the ability to be a true alternative to the dealer. The personal attention and total commitment to your satisfaction is above and beyond any dealings I have had with local dealerships. There is an alternative in town and I can't recommend Brookman Motor Works more highly.

These guys are the MOST FAIR auto repair business I've ever dealt with. They several times fixed my wife's BMW for little or NO cost!!! I wish more businesses were like Brookman. I'm being on the square about these guys. We won't take my wife's Z3 anywhere else. Even if you don't live in the area it's worth the trip to Brookman Motor Works. - Mark Bishop

I moved from FL to MD and needed a new repair shop for my bmw 335i conv. They are trustworthy and are keeping my girl in good shape. If they only detailed that would really be awesome.
