Billion Auto - Chevrolet GMC of Iowa City

Got me in for a flat tire from out of town. They moved a lot of people in and out of their service department quickly. Had a nice bathroom. Fresh cookies, pop machine, coffee, kids area, TV, cushioned chairs. I didn’t see a vending machine or other food options but there could have been. From tow truck to driving off the lot its was 2 hours and 45 minutes. I have an EV and they had to go send someone to get a tire from a warehouse otherwise it would have been faster. Everyone else was in and out much quicker to give you an idea.

Lots of choices on colors , options. Our new Chevrolet is so comfortable for my arthritis. Options galore. We found what we were looking for at Billion. 90 miles from our hometown. Griffin was a A+ salesman and got us all setup. Thanks Billion Auto !!!

Loved my entire experience with Billion Collision. Two years ago I had a disagreement with a pole dying a winter blizzard. They promptly fixed up my poor Equinox to good as new. Upon receiving my vehicle back, they mentioned a paint warranty covering the newly painted replaced body parts. Well after about a year I noticed some pealing on the clear coat. Obviously wasn’t thrilled about that but upon heading there, they looked at it, walked inside, and got me on the schedule with a complimentary loaner car. No hassle, no interrogation, no cost, and no fine print shenanigans. Then while doing an oil change this month I spotted some new clear coat pealing on my bumper again. Once again I walked in, they came out and verified the issues, and same exact service came through once again. Immediate

Ray Lopez and the collision department at Billion Iowa City handled my Ridgeline repairs with A-1 skill. The completed product is beautiful. Also, to my surprise the interior was detailed. However, today I was showing off the truck bed trunk and the spare tire was not put back and latched securely in its place. I now understand the noise I heard on my way home after picking up the truck. I will return on Monday and have them secure the spare tire. May score for this team was a 10+. But now I must give a 9+ score.

Our vehicle was towed to Billion’s. Upon inspection, some work that was done previously at a different dealership just a few weeks prior was not done up the way that it should’ve been. We were very pleased with our entire experience with Billion’s. They kept in communication with us and completed the work in a timely manner. They were honest. They quoted us and kept to the quote, even after realizing they forgot to include a diagnostic labor charge. We would definitely do business with them again.
