Bill's Glass and Windshields (Grants Pass)

Fantastic customer service, and super easy to deal with. Just a phone call, drop off , then a phone calls/message to pick up. Paid via a call. Then picked up. Super easy. Great price. And quality repair. Fast & easy. No better than that! 40 yr old window fixed !

Have tried three times by phone to reach someone at the Grants Pass store. Phone says it's connecting but all I get is a recording of Trivia Information while waiting for someone to answer. But no one does and there is no option to leave a message. So went by store today, doors locked and no one around. You have lost my business and recommendations.

I recently had the misfortune of having a rock hit my windshield. I called Bill's and spoke to Sara. She was very clear and knowledgeable and arranged an appointment. I took it in and I couldn't believe the awesome service I received. The techs explained what they were going to do and provided updates during the replacement. While I waited, many folks came in for various reasons and each one was treated with professionalism and caring. In fact, because of Sara's and Angie's great customer service skills, several customers opted to have their work done at Bill's. Sara definitely should get a raise for her great relationship with customers. The best service ever. Thanks you!

Bill's is currently replacing my home windows. Doug & Robert have been Awesome. They are professional, skilled, friendly & good with our pets. They have been very careful not to let the house pets out & pay careful attention to detail & communicate with us clearly. Could not ask for better. Also, the prices cannot be beat. Thanks for a fabulous job!
