Being a mechanic myself—and currently sidelined while I’m a stay-at-home mom—I’m always skeptical about trying a new shop for work I can’t easily do in my own garage. This time, I needed a transmission swap. I purchased the transmission myself and had it sent directly to the shop, and from the start they were incredibly helpful: answering all my questions, giving me a clear quote, and most importantly, honoring that quote. The work was completed in a timely manner, exactly as promised. I wasn’t in a rush to get the vehicle back—I know firsthand how big jobs can go—but they stuck to everything they said they would, and I really appreciated that honesty and professionalism. We were from out of town and discovered we had a screw in our tire causing low pressure. We called and they said, “Come on down!” They fixed the leak in about five minutes! Amazed at how quickly and willingly they accommodated us, and truly fixed the leak for good. Tire gave us no extra problems all the way home to Arkansas. Fantastic customer service! Very fair price!

All of the employees are very professional and kind. Bill's Service Center is really affordable, meaning they do NOT over charge. They are thorough and have a sharp eye in making repairs. These guys know what they are talking about, and can easily explain what the issues are with your car. The turnaround time with repairs is excellent. The customer service is excellent. I will continue to trust Bill's Service Center for all repairs and regular maintenance on my cars and SUV's. This is one happy customer.

Came in today for a failure of some type, my work truck wouldn't start. Had it towed to Bills. They quickly addressed the issue and found the starter was bad. Replaced it the same day and I was back on the road. Reliable, quick and honest work from these guys is why I'll use them again in the future.
