The owner guy he is very friendly and professional, I was having a great conversation while I was there with him, he made me feel welcome at all time! He rent to my boos the fifth wheel wrecked to go over to Pittsburgh PA. And pick up a truck my boos got over there, I well come back for more business.

These guys are awesome. Was stuck with my son and called about 5 different places. They all told me it would be at least 1 1/2 hours. These guys were there in literally 15 minutes. Service was amazing. The driver was awesome and had to drive down some small backroads and did it with ease then actually backed down a small alley to drop my car off. Dude rules. Thanks to all of them.

The husband and wife owners of Montero Auto & Towing came through for me in a big way! They came to the hotel I was staying at on New Year’s Day. They checked my flat tire, towed it to the shop, replaced the tire and returned my car the next morning. They responded on a major holiday and saved my holiday visit with family in Kennett Square, PA. Thank you Montero’s!!

Worst Service Ever! Requested tow service at 10am finally at 12:36 that a tow truck is on the way to take myself and my vehicle to the exchange location to swap out vehicle. Driver arrived at 4 pm! Driver got my vehicle onto the bed. We are ready to leave I go to get in the tow truck and he tells me his wife is on there and he has to ask her to move. He goes to speak with her. She then puts down her window and tells me that she will not allow me in the cabin and I need to find other transportation. Very unprofessional to leave someone stranded for hours then allow your wife to refuse service. Reporting to the BBB.

This is a great family owned business. Towing was on time, reasonably priced, and very friendly!
