Absolutely incredible towing/ recovery company. Mike was fantastic, he showed up super quick got us out super fast and was absolutely brilliant in the method of recovering our vehicle with no damage. We had waited eight hours the day prior for AAA where they failed three times using a company called SRS, which is beyond subpar. Mike Blitz in 15 minutes did what three other tow truck drivers couldn’t do. This company’s reputation speaks for themselves Blittersdorf, are the BEST in the business and I will only use them going forward. 10/10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
Son had a car accident and vehicle was towed to their location. Staff (Mike in particular) was very kind and accommodating when we were trying to retrieve personal belongings and such. The driver also showed a lot of compassion to my son at the accident site. Really appreciated
The owner is rude. I agree to poor communication and high tow charges. They rely on the police for a source of income when people have no choice but to use their services. I'd rather push my car home.
