5 Stars: polite, helpful, and reasonably priced Ford repair shop. I recently bought a used 2015 Ford Mustang GT and took it in since the clutch didn't seem to be engaging properly. I requested an inspection, and they found that the clutch was beat up by the previous owner. They gave me a fair price & sent me pictures of the worn clutch, which is the image I attached to this review. I had my car back within a few days, which is a great turn around time considering they had to order the part. They texted me and kept me coordinated on the status of my repairs. Additionally, since this is an official Ford location, they were able to repair one of the recalls on the car during the time that it was there for the clutch repair. Have a great weekend quick serve team. Glad you have better things to do than serve customers who need their billy howell purchased vehicles serviced. This group turned me away for an oil change an hour before they close, and gave me a definite BS excuse about their techs not being available. I watched them sweeping up as I pulled in to the parking lot, they're just going home early. So poor. Must be nice to blow off your customers with no thought of consequences. We'll not be doing business, and it's a real shame.

This place is the best! A deer damaged my car and they put my car back to perfection. Their staff is very professional, helpful, and organized. Highly recommend them!

First time here they left a bolt off the skid plate and oil all over the bottom of my truck. Last time I went here they didn’t attach the air filter cover correctly. The guy at the desk is nice enough. But the mechanics are obviously not qualified to be working on vehicles. Very disappointed. Won’t be going back.
