This place is the definition of a down home family business. Work was done quickly, communication was clear, they didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need and prices aligned with what I was quoted. Friendly service. And if you're lucky you can chat with an adorable little kiddo and his puppy while you're in the office paying.

I noticed my car was making muffler, rumbling noises, and went to my regular mechanic, Earl. He recommended Billy and sons to weld a pipe onto my muffler. I was leaving on a trip north to Virginia and really wanted to have it done before I left. They were able to get me in first thing in the morning and 45 minutes later I was leaving with a perfectly functioning muffler. They did terrific job and were very kind, thorough and expeditious. I would recommend them 100%.

We had an emergency engine problem in the highway while on a trip. We stopped at Billy and Son's. These people are incredibly nice. They fixed the problem and reset the computer, and only charged us $40. They suggested some additional repairs for us later, but wouldn't take any tips or extra payment from us. We were totally shocked at how decent they were. They just asked us to pay it forward. I'm still in shock. They are a family operation, so I hope that people will provide them with plenty of business. It really looks like they are decent and don't take advantage, even of someone who needed an emergency repair on a road trip. God bless these people!

We were traveling with a baby for a cabin trip and had no idea that my car was out of oil. We started having car trouble so we got off the closest exit and stopped at this shop. Surprisingly to us, they were very nice and didn't take advantage of us at all. They hardly charged us anything and wouldn't even take a tip. I actually felt like I should have paid more, probably the first time ever for me at an auto repair shop. I hope they will get plenty of repeat customers because they really deserve it. I'm not from the Canton area or I would go there every time.

They did excellent work.Took my van which had the problem with the radiator and the fan, they made sure I'll be rolling with my van on the same day. After 5 hrs hard work they were done. There I was hitting the road with no issues at all,and the price was affordable.
