Absolutely 100% highly recommend this place. Push button start stopped working due to something spilling so I had the car towed to them. They gave me a reasonable quote to change the parts however the parts alone were extremely expensive. He was willing to go above and beyond and attempted to clean the electrical components before ordering the parts and was successful. They saved me a ton of cash that would not have been offered anywhere else. I’m extremely grateful for them, also they began working on my car the next business day. Had my Mini Cooper Countryman in for a service and inspection. John and his team did a great job on my repair. Had the 70,000 mile service done. They replaced a failed engine mount did the rear brake pads and other needed services. I will use Empire again and would recommend them for your automotive repair work.

Had to get a hood hinge replaced on my 2019 mini cooper. It was very fast, got it diagnosed and then fixed within 3 days. Genuinely very good service, very friendly and knowledgeable! Even showed me the part that was being replaced (which was really cool). All around a very lovely experience!! (:
