Waste of time. False advertising which should be illegal. The secretary calls you claiming your already approved yet she knows nothing and it's all a tactic to get you to Come in yet it ends up a complete waste of time. Went to Ryan Phelps and they took care of us right away and we where in a car same day, great deal, and wonderful sales guys. Whittaker is a joke and I always felt he was a creep. Stay away
