I have been bringing my vehicles to Cruziers for the past 6 or 7 years and have always been 100% satisfied with the work that is done. I think so highly of them that they will always service my car even though they are in Brewerton and I live in Syracuse. It is worth driving the extra distance to get service knowing they are honest and reliable and will always treat you fairly.

I take all 3 of my vehicles to Cruizer's. Kevin does great honest, reliable work. Estimates are always accurate and done when they say they will be done. Friendly, helpful, and honest.

I got screwed over royally buying a car here the owners wife is lawyer so letters ect went ignored ! I had been excited about buying a vehicle from here Right from the start I had issues with the check engine light on, a gas cap issue , and cracked glass! I should have just st filed a lemon law complaint but had hoped for honesty since they seemed nice ! After putting thousands of dollars into the vehicle I still have issues with it ! I saw his mechanic out not Kevin but a mechanic he employee who made jokes about me purchasing the vechile ! To top it off when I recived a recall letter from Jeep I was told a different veichle with the same vin was already brought in !which explains why the cardiac was clean but the car wasn’t ! Horrible experience !
