We live out of state and were in town visiting family. We needed a last minute repair in order to get safely back on the road. The local dealership -- that had previously done a bunch of work for us when we lived locally -- turned us away. Fortunately, the PM Mobile crew were very understanding of our situation (traveling out of state with a car full of kiddos). They didn't hesitate to get us fixed up at the last minute. They were professional, kind and courteous. It would've been reasonable for them to charge extra for an emergency repair -- but instead the bill was extremely reasonable ($50). We took my wife's Ford Escape there for an inspection, to swap the snow tires/wheels with the summer ones, and replace the noisy sway bar links. The local Ford dealer (Burdick Ford) said they couldn't get the lug nuts off so they couldn't do the work! PM Mobil completed all the work quickly with no complaints about tight lug nuts and had a very reasonable price. We will definitely be back.
