I've had many repairs, and routine maintenance jobs performed by BPC. Dan and crew know BMW's extremely well, both from newer to older models. They have all the BMW software capabilities to diagnose any issues and reprogram our cars if necessary. Their customer service is "top shelf", both from the service writers to the work performed by their techs. I've never left disappointed in anyone or anything. Highly recommended!

I brought my vehicle to Bimmer Performance Center for a specific drivability fault and stored fault codes and was told they could diagnose and fix the issue, but after two paid visits the problem was never resolved. The original fault persisted, and fault codes reappeared immediately after the second service—even after the shop admitted clearing them. The issue was later described as “intermittent,” meaning no confirmed repair was ever achieved, yet they proposed thousands of dollars in additional invasive engine work without first identifying the root cause. My own diagnostic scan immediately after pickup showed multiple engine control faults still present, and when I raised concerns the response focused on general disclaimers rather than explaining why the same fault continued after paid

Bimmer is next level. Scheduling an appointment and even rescheduling was very easy. When I got there they took my car right away. The lounge/waiting area is super comfy and cool. They’ve got all this modern furniture and coffee! I guess they did a great job. I mean it was only an oil change, but I’ll definitely keep going. And the only issue I have which won’t stop me from returning is the price point. So just be prepared for that. The oil change would have been cheaper at the BMW dealership, but I could not get an appointment right away, so that is basically what I paid for.

Top notch customer service! Overall a great experience getting my suspension re done. Would highly recommend anybody with a bmw to bring their car here. I honestly wouldn’t trust my car with anybody else. 5/5 stars 🙌
