I’ve always had great and friendly experiences here, which is why I was surprised and disappointed this time around. I had an urgent issue with my vehicle , it was overfilled with oil, which can lead to serious engine damage if not addressed quickly. When I called, the earliest appointment available was three days out, and I’ve already had to drive the car for two of those days. That puts my vehicle at risk, and honestly, it’s been really stressful trying to protect it while waiting. I was even advised to go elsewhere to have the issue fixed, which felt a bit dismissive given the potential severity. I understand scheduling can be tight, but I was hoping for quicker support and the same level of care I’ve always received in the past.

I always feel like I’m in good hands at Bing’s. Everyone is incredibly friendly and welcoming. I trust them with their recommendations.

My family has been coming here for at least 35 years. Service can't be beat. Great prices!

BEWARE OF THS SHOP First time I went there everything was great and they were friendly second time I bought my truck to bings it turned into a nightmare. Bought my vehicle there to get checked out told them I didn’t want any work done and they ended up doing a brake pad without my permission. They try to lie and say my brake pad was no good but they were brand new brake pads. My total charge was supposed to be 60 dollars just for them to take a look at my vehicle. They called me back saying I would have to pay them 209 dollars for something I didn’t even request. Ended up having to report them to the city of Springfield city hall(consumer department) to get my $209 dollars back. When I picked up my truck they also told me they couldn’t do nothing about the noise I bought my truck there for
