The sales team was the best part of our Biondi experience. They were super helpful and brought the car we wanted in from Ohio. The after sale customer service and dealing with the service department has been beyond terrible. I will actually be going to a different dealer with future purchases. They were supposed to inspect the car when it came in from Ohio and they didn’t catch that the floor mats weren’t even for our model. We had to go back and forth for 3 months with service/parts before we were able to get the correct floor mats. Then came the recent service visit where they acted surprised we wanted valet when we requested it at purchase in April. Having to find a new Lincoln Dealer after my old one went out, I am happy to have found Biondi. They make you feel at home as soon as you walk through the door. They believe in a team concept to help along each process of the deal, and at no time did I feel pressured.
