I get all of all my automotive work done here. First, it’s a veteran-owned business, which I really appreciate. Second, their prices are excellent. Finally, this morning, after a cold snap, I brought my vehicle in for an oil change and had multiple dashboard lights on—low tire pressure, low windshield washer fluid, and due for service. When I picked it up, everything was taken care of. The fluids were topped off, the tires were aired up, and the vehicle was running perfectly with no issues. The owners are amazing people, and the service is consistently outstanding. This place is truly a hidden gem in our community, and I highly recommend supporting them with your business.

Super amazing people to work with! I recently moved here. I first took my truck to accurate auto because google said they were one of the best in the area. But I had such a bad experience with them. They lied to me about several things and cost me thousands of dollars. They ended up breaking more than they fixed. Went in with no check engine light on to leave with it not going off. First time bringing my vehicle to Birch Street Autocare I had a great experience the owners are very kind. I had a broken wheel bearing I was able to drop my car off after hours and they fixed it the very next day. On top of fixing my wheel bearing they informed me of some other things that may need to be taken care of in the future. Definitely will be taking all my vehicles there.

I was referred to Birch Street Auto by a friend. I’m so glad that I found this shop bc they were so helpful, friendly, and explained all the services I was going to need to get done for my vehicle. I appreciate how they even found me the best priced parts in town. Kendra at the front desk went above and beyond to guide me through what diagnoses they found and what was urgent versus what could wait on being worked on. This is also a veteran friendly shop.
