Birdsboro Car Wash

I put a $20 in the coin changer machine so I could also get some laundry quarters. It gave me 15% of it back in "car wash tokens." Without a notice up, that's illegal. This guy knows he's doing it and doesn't care. He knows I'm not gonna sue him over $3, so he'll keep doing it. What a scheister.

This is by far the worst car wash in berks county. This is now the 5th time I’ve had an issue with the automatic car wash. The buttons are broken and don’t work half the time. The card reader takes 10 minutes to respond or doesn’t work at all. The cash accepter doesn’t even take cash, it just spits it back out no matter how crisp or straight the bill is. Save your money and go to one of the others locally that do a better job and won’t scratch your paint. Never again.

Spent 13 bucks on automatic wash and I left with soap all over the one side of my car. I tried getting in touch with someone and phone number listed was disconnected. I’ve always used this car wash and was very happy with it but never again.

I went today. I paid $10 with my cc and when I entered, the please exit sign went on. I got nothing for my $10. How do I get my money back? There is no number to call or email!

Went to spray off my mountain bike since it's December 27th and I swiped my card. Man 4 minutes goes by fast. Was thinking about swiping again to extend the time, but I decided to check and see how much I was charged the first time around since there is no signage saying what it costs for 4 minutes. Much to my surprise I was charged $10.00!!! I hope it's just a temporary hold and the rest goes back into my account, but from reading all these reviews. It does not sound like it. DO NOT SWIPE YOUR CARD!!!!!!!
