I have no idea where the negative reviews are coming from, but I had such a positive experience. They did a great job installing pictures and also aligned them for a much better price than anywhere else. I highly recommend buying tires from here. You save alit of money and the service is great.

Quick service in and out no pressure to do additional services!! Ordered tires online for a great price and they were delivered to store for installation by day of my appointment. Only a 2 man show so patience and common courtesy is a must, they are doing the best they can!!

Incompetently managed. Nail in tire “too close to sidewall” to repair without actually removing the tire and looking inside it. Ordered a new tire anyways. It’s a size that’s often not in stock here or at Town Faire. Put my spare on and got the tire repaired elsewhere. New tire in 2-5 days, he says, and I confirm my cell number. Over two weeks pass. Repaired tire running strong. Go to BJs to pick up new tire. No tire. Can’t even tell me if it was ordered or not. Charged my credit card though. Wait and wait. They look for the tire. Look through piles of paper. No clue. Another 30 minutes getting refund at customer service desk. Get a NEW MANAGER!!!

Will not be buying tires here ever again. When I tried to schedule an appointment for a rotation I had to go to the store to make it in person because my phone calls were never answered. I even left a message with all my information and my call was never responded to. When the appointment finally came a week and a half later, the job was not performed, I was told my tires were worn and should be replaced because I had neglected to have rotations for the last 25,000 Miles. I showed the receipts for the last 5 years for every 5,000 Mile service which had been performed. I was then told I must have omited alignments. The last visit included one. At every appointment I asked how the tires were wearing and I was assured that they were wearing well. I have made an appointment elsewhere and will

Angel was great, we installed four tires and he gave us every bit of information regarding the tire warranty. Even gave me a call after I picked up the car to let me know my brake pads were worn down (since he was busy with other customers when I got there). It seems like the location is understaffed but Angel makes it work. A true professional and it was nice having someone who cares as much as he does taking care of my car.
