Excellent service. Discovered a full flat in one of my tires this morning. I had someone come out to put on the spare but as I have a long commute and had already used the spare previously, it was important that I get all new tires installed that day. I called around to different locations and looked online, and I saw this location had the tires I wanted in stock but no appointment availability until a few days later. I called anyway to make sure and even though I hadn’t left a voicemail, they called me back promptly (a green flag, as that means someone is paying attention to the phones, which isn’t always the case). I bought 4 new tires this week. The work was done in a reasonable amount of time and done well. I shopped for a few items in the main store and the car was ready. The staff was helpful and answered all of my questions happily. Perhaps the best part of the whole experience was that no one tried to add extra costs like most other tire companies.

I can't say enough good things about the staff here. I had scheduled to get a new tire because mine had a perpetual leak that had been fixed once elsewhere and said it couldn't be patched. The staff asked if they could try to patch it again, and they did (saving me $200). They also found a 2nd leak in the process, and had me in/out in 20 minutes. They were great, and I will absolutely be using them again in the future.

I bought a set of tires for my daughter for Christmas. When I showed up for the install Kyle noticed immediately something questionable and got me taken care of. My daughter works in an ER for a couple of local hospitals and has to get to work no matter what the weather is. I wanted to get her good quality all weather tires and somehow I bought just snow tires. BJ's did the return on the snow tires and next week we'll have a nice set of all weathers on there. Thanks Kyle for making sure I was all set in my purchase and not just slapping the snow tires on and sending me on my way.

I purchased and had 4 tires installed approximately a little over a month ago. I'm not complaining about the 2.5 hours it took to get them installed. However my tire sensor has never been on continually before I had the tires replaced. All I wanted was bj's tire in Framingham to fix it. My tires are at 32psi and that's the correct psi. I was told that it wasn't there problem. I'm absolutely disgusted with the service and I will seek legal assistance.
