CUSTOMERS BE AWARE! This was the worst customer service ever. They obviously did not know what they were doing. The tires were not balanced correctly too much weights on every single tire, they had no clue what they were doing. When I complained to them about the vibration, they said all our rims were bent. They also got me worried now about the alignment being right. I will definitely be reaching out to their Home Office and filing a complaint. I will now have to take this to another shop to get it done right. I spent over a $1000 on tires, balancing and alignment. The person who installed them did not do their duties correctly. If I could, I wouldn't even leave a one star review, but I have to have something on there to be able to post this review.

I purchased 4 tires a year ago and a couple days before we were taking a trip we noticed a small leak in one tire. We went to BJ's and they discovered the leak was not repairable. Unfortunately they didn't have the tire in stock. The Tire manager Jorge went out of his way to help me get back on the road. Better yet, I got credit from the road hazard warranty that comes with the tire purchase.

Arrived on time for appointment for new tires. Techs kept me informed of what was happening with tire replacement.

Propane Dispenser Broken - Again! Mysterious break downs are becoming common. WHY not post a sign instead of misleading people that it's available.
