I had an issue with my tires that neither I nor the dealership could resolve. The team here stepped right in, took care of everything, and made sure my vehicle was safe to drive. In less than an hour, I was back on the road. Excellent service and truly appreciated. Thanks again!!

The guys in there are so nice . No pressure to up sale for things you don't need . They don't do alignment so I got a group on at Sears $ 59 all wheels . It ended up being about a hundred dollars cheaper than townfair tire

Employees just stand around complaining before they actually do the work. All employee have bad attitudes.

Just bought some new all season tires, and I was impressed with the experience. I was helped by Hunter, Alex and Ryan; what an efficient team! Ryan walked me through the whole process and the team got new tires on my car with surprising speed. I did happen into the tire center with no other customers. It was great to see a team work with such professionalism and that takes pride in their work. If you need new tires, I would definitely recommend these folks!

Customer service was horrendous! They told us they'd call when our tire was in. They did not. Tried calling multiple times for 3 days and no one answered the phone. Finally my husband went there in person. One employee was sitting in the customer lounge on his phone and ignored him. Another one came in from the shop and greeted him in a manner that clearly displayed that my husband was inconveniencing him just by being there. Granted, my husband did not have the receipt but the employee gave him a real hard time about looking into it for him. Finally after some rude comments and grumbling the tire was located. Yes, it had been there and no one bothered to call us. They were so awful that my husband just took the tire and we had it installed elsewhere. I made a complaint to BJs c
