BJ's Tire Center

This place is unprofessional and impossible to get a hold of. I showed up this past Saturday to order tires and the door was locked. Walked into the main entrance to learn the ONE employee scheduled to work called out. So I ordered tires through the app and scheduled to have them installed this Wednesday (tomorrow). Sunday night we experienced a house fire and I lost the car in the fire. So I called first thing Monday morning to cancel order. Costumer service said no problem. However, when I looked on the app that (1/20/26), it says the tires were installed. I called costumer service back and they said I had to wait until the tire center confirms the tires were not installed in order to process return. Surprise, surprise, I am unable to get in contact with the tire center. My next move is

Terrible experience at BJ’s Tire Center. I had an 8:30 appointment, but they couldn’t unbolt two of my tires and sent me to “find a mechanic.” I ended up waiting elsewhere, only for that mechanic to remove the bolts in seconds and confirm there was nothing wrong — they weren’t over-torqued at all. When I returned, two guys were “working” on my tires while constantly stopping to deal with walk-in customers. By the time I’m writing this, it’s 1:30 — half my day wasted. Completely unprofessional. People, stay away from BJ’s Tire Center.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. They messed up my tires by stripping my lug nuts. The tire center said that I needed to go else where to get my tire fixed. The tire center said I could take it any where and the amount would be reimbursed in full. When I showed the manager my receipt he refused to pay the bill in full, despite the fact that BJ’s tire center admitted to damaging my tire. They aren’t giving me a straight answer as to when the bill will be put through insurance to be reimbursed. I would LOVE a call from corporate to sort this matter out.

I also wish I can give a Zero. I purchased 4 tires from Bjs was the worst thing I could have done. First issue had was a slow leak, I waited 5 hours until the one person that was there to help me. Fast forward 7 months went back for another tire issue on a Wednesday and I was told the techs on work Friday evening or Sunday. I took a Sunday Appointment. I was called Sunday morning that the tech called out. THANK God I went Saturday to the Berlin Tire Shop to resolve my problem. Shame on Bjs. I would never deal with them Again.

If there is a store that has ever deserved a 0 rating this would be it. I attempted to order tires for my car here twice and was never able to get them installed. I ended up wasting over 4 hours of my time trying to get service and refunds. I bought a Costco membership and traveled an additional 25 minutes one way to get tires. Avoid this tire store at all costs.
