Fixed the water pump in our van for a good price and in record time. They had great service and communication. I would definitely recommend and use them again. They got us back on the road and really saved us can't say enough good about them.

My van broke down on the side of the highway. I was able to get it towed to Black Butte and looked at quickly. Communication was stellar and Tarryn was able to fix the issue. While the van was there, he repaired some other issues with the van that have been bugging me for quite sometime. The van runs better than it ever has. I'm really thankful to have found this shop and I was at his mercy. The software he uses to bill is awesome as well. It lays out everything nice and clear and itemized. It made payment a breeze as well. This shop totally came through and above and beyond. I appreciate the service immensely and would highly recommend Black Butte.
