Black Diamond Towing

I called AAA roadside service to get my car to an automotive shop. Within 30 minutes I had a phone call from Jack at Black Diamond Towing. He asked a few questions to clarify the situation and arrived within his stated estimate. Jack was courteous and very skilled.

After having the worst experience ever with another tow company I called Black Diamond Towing to schedule a pickup for the next day the driver was there promptly without any hiccups then sent a drop off picture as confirmation of a safe drop off I would definitely recommend this company

The worst tow experience. And they still haven't made it. I was told "I'm on my way" a little over 5 hours ago, right before they turned their phone off. 10/10 do not recommend.

My insurance company assigned this towing company to pick up my vehicle. I waited over 2 hours after rearranging my day around their pickup window which was 45 - 75 minutes. They would not answer the phone and I had to leave. Unfortunately despite requesting a new company, the tow was reassigned to Black Diamond. The man who refused to answer my calls was suddenly calling me to tell me he was 15 minutes away. Again I waited 87 minutes all the while he was refusing to answer the phone. When he finally arrived, he yanked the key from me and walked off. He then had the nerve to ask me to line my car up with his truck. I told him no, the car was in an accident and if I felt comfortable driving it I would not have waited around for him twice. Will make sure to suggest to my insurance company no

My wife's belt broke on her engine and we used our State farm insurance app to book a tow. Black Diamond was there in about 15 minutes and got our car to our repair shop, all within an hour of contacting our insurance company. I would definitely refer them and use them again.
