On 3/24/25 I purchased an older, inexpensive, and as-is piece of equipment from Ryder. Please understand that I am not talking down the equipment. Quite to the contrary, I'm actually very pleased with the acquisition. My point is that although the sale was not a large one, Ebony Scott treated me as if she had made a $200,000 sale. Not only was she responsive, attentive, and efficient before the sale, she followed up with me several times after the sale. In this day and age, who does that? Ryder is without question better for having her as part of their team. It is an absolute certainty that when I'm in need of another piece of equipment, Ebony will be my first call.
Always a plesure to see John Vogt at St. Rose, LA location. He is my favorite contact at Ryder. He is a true professional! He exudes the true meaning of customer service and satisfaction!

Good trucks but don’t buy the NTP2000 is a scam if Penske push it and you bought it go to the local DA or small courts and get your money back they advertisement to protect your investment is no good but that is false advertisement from them NTP 2000 is no good they will deny claims
Awesome to deal with. The ladies in the office were just so helpful and courteous. This is my second trip to this location and both were fantastic.
