James was awesome!! The service was fast, He was very knowledgeable and he explained the troubles with my truck. As an added bonus he was very friendly with my Fur Baby! This is hands down one of the best Truck services that I've had in my years of being a professional Driver! The Staff was very friendly and the driver lounge is awesome!! They have a shower and kitchen!!

I would like to take the time to encourage anyone that is an owner operator does not have a warranty and even with a warranty be careful going to this place. I’ve compared services and parts between this place and another dealership in Alabama and found that Old River is charging 36% more than any other dealership in the gulf south. I’ve filed a complaint to the Better Business Bureau and the Attorney General’s Office against this company owners be aware.

I had a very disappointing experience with [Company Name]. I purchased a battery from them, which turned out to have the wrong amperage and didn’t work properly. To make matters worse, even though the battery is still under warranty, they refused to replace it. The customer service was extremely unhelpful and dismissive. Instead of resolving the issue, they wasted my time and left me with a faulty product. I expected better from a company that claims to provide quality products and service. I would not recommend this business to anyone. Save yourself the hassle and buy your parts from a more reliable and professional supplier.
