Black Forest

Brought my 88 560SL in for an inspection. This was the most extensive and thorough examination I have ever seen. Not only did Black Forest identify problems, they provided photos and a detailed description. Also provided was an estimated cost of each job as well as a ranking of the necessity in terms of safety. Chris, the shop manager, spent a lot of time detailing and explaining each item as well as the severity. If you own a Mercedes Benz you should consider Black Forest.

The team at Black Forest has been taking care of my vehicle for the last 6 years. They provide excellent service in a timely manner. They are also good at letting me know about future preventative maintenance so I can plan accordingly. They keep my car in perfect mechanical condition. I have yet to be stuck on the side of the road. I highly recommend the shop!

We had our Mercedes-Benz in right before Christmas and they were wonderful! They got back to me very quickly. They updated me almost daily via phone or email about the progress of the repair happening and or any delays Very exceptional service, I will never go to a dealership again this is my new home for a vehicle repairs.

I had a great first experience at Black Forrest as I took my van in for a fuel filter replacement. They replaced the filter but also did a thorough inspection and found a couple of other things that needed to be addressed. My only recommendation is that when picking up my vehicle, I'd love to hear someone (mechanic) explain exactly what was done, what to keep an eye on, what's next in terms of maintenance, etc. I know most folks just want their car back but I want to develop a partnership that results in my vehicle running at tip top shape for years to come.

My daughter is in school in Charleston SC. We live in Maryland and I was fortunate enough to have friends in Charleston. We were referred to Black Forest…amazing service. They were HONEST and took unbelievable care of her. Highly recommend.
