Mt. Pleasant Windshield

I had an outstanding customer service experience with Mt. Pleasant Windshield last week. I filed my claim with my insurance carrier and selected MPW as their reviews were among the best I saw in my area. Within 2 hours of notifying MPW, Kevin reached out to me by phone to schedule a time to replace the windshield on my Toyota Camry. He was very accommodating to do the repair at my worksite in Hanahan and we scheduled it for the next morning. Kevin's communication was great and he arrived on time! The repair was done within about an hour with an OEM replacement front glass while I continued to work in my office. He texted me when it was complete and the new windshield looks as good as new. I will definitely use MPW again if needed.

Kevin had been in touch with me for over a week to help find a new windshield for my 2026 vehicle, which wasn’t easy to source. He kept me updated throughout the process and let me know as soon as he was able to get one delivered. Whenever I asked for an update, he responded quickly and clearly. He came to my home, installed the windshield right in my driveway, and handled the calibration on the spot. The replacement was done quickly, but with great attention to detail. Overall, excellent service from start to finish. 5 stars!

Kevin drove all the way to Bonneau Beach to fix a nasty rock hit on our Newmar rv. He did a fantastic job on the fix. Had all the right tools to get the job done. Its hard, for some reason, to find a business that wants to work on rv windshields. Don’t waste your time with the big boys - get Kevin to do it.

Highly recommend! Kevin has come to our home twice to fix both mine and my husband's windshields. He is always easy to work with and get scheduled, and he takes care of absolutely everything. We will continue to use him and recommend him to everyone. Thanks for being great!

Top notch service from Kevin. We are on vacation and our windshield was damaged beyond repair in the evening. I called at 8am the next morning spoke with Kevin - and explained our situation. He came to the hotel looked at our truck - called and gave us a quote and was able to replace our windshield the same day. Super nice guy and his customer service was on point.
