Excellent service from the initial call to schedule the appointment to completion while I waited. I was very pleased to not have to leave my car for a week for an oil change. They completed it while I waited and did the air filters as well in under three hours. Complementary WiFi and a comfortable chair made this actually relaxing. I encourage you to call them if your Jaguar or Land Rover needs service! Great staff, quick and honest pricing. All great!

Definitely get a second opinion after seeing these people, I came in for a coolant leak, they quoted me 3k and said I need the entire coolant system replaced, when in reality, there was one part that needed to be replaced, and with labor and everything it’s a $1500 fix. I’m a younger guy, they definitely tried to take advantage of me. Be careful.

We have used Portside Jaguar for a decade. My wife would not let another automotive service touch her Jaguar. Tom, Tucker and crew are the best. Hard working professionals that know what they are doing, price fairly and double check everything. We highly recommend them.

Sadly despite having several older jaguars from the 1970’s in their google ad I was advised that they will not work on cars older than 1997 it would be nice if calls were returned before prospect customers drive out there just to be told a 1990 xj is too old to be worked on. This could have been avoided if any of my 3 voicemails would have been returned that I left over the course of 3 weeks. I’m sure they do a good job but communication and online presence are very misleading/non existent
