I was in the market for a sxs so I called them ahead of time to make sure they had what I was looking for. They assured me that they had it there but when I got there, they told me it was there but it was in the crate and it would take 3 weeks to build. They wanted a deposit and didn't see anything wrong with the fact they told me they had it ready over the phone. I ended up going to b and b yamaha and having a much better experience and getting a much better deal.

We went there to purchase the jet ski and we had an option of purchasing a 2015 Kawasaki or a 2000 2018 Sea-Doo. When they approved us they said it was for the Kawasaki only. I was very confused as to if I'm approve what does it matter which jet ski I get and why would I have to be allowing my credit to be checked again for the Sea-Doo. All they were doing is scamming us into taking a machine that they did not want to sit on. It made no sense any other dealer if you're approved you're approved it's just a matter of a down payment and off you go. They did nothing but continue to make it very confusing and push us to purchase a Kawasaki that was too old to be sold. I would not recommend going there they're definitely shady

Never actually made the visit, but they were very helpful on the phone within their limitations. Had a flat front tire on my 2019 Indian chieftain. They did not have the tire in and they could not help me, but they did take the time to field my call and help me work my way through the problem and I appreciate it.

I trust this business 100% I purchased my first motorcycle here in 2005 and have been bringing it back for service. I’m always treated well, and the repairs are done correctly in a timely manner.

I was there for the first time and it was returned to me ruined and they did not do anything to make it parts were stolen off of my motorcycle and replaced with used ones. I'll never get serviced there again. Customer beware...
