He recommended repairs and services that were absolutely needed, with zero pressure nor “upsells”. I was very satisfied with parts and labor rates. My experience with Black’s Automotive in Audubon, NJ was great. They are extremely trustworthy, knowledgeable, and friendly, and you can be sure you will be paying a fair price for their services, and not getting ripped off, like unfortunately you do sometimes, at other places. Mike & Mark are the best and now I do know Sean, one of the mechanics who went out of his way late on a Friday afternoon to remove a nail from my tire and then switch out the donut with the repaired tire. Great place and great staff. Biggest plus is they work with you on scheduling and making sure your car is in and out when they say it will be. Had issues with my son's 2005 Honda accord. Squealing and rubbing noise from front end, steering issues just not good stuff for a Dad to worry about. Easily made an appointment online for Black's to investigate/ possibly repair, dropped off car and Mike called me and explained very clearly and informative what was wrong. We had the front axles replaced and 2 new front tires installed along with an oil change. They also discovered what the Squealing noise was, something rubbing. Secured item , no charge! That is honesty. These guys know vehicles and are really want to help customers at a fair price. Thank you guys so much,we finally found a shop that I trust. Black's- highly recommended
