Jiffy Lube

I brought my vehicle in for a tune-up and brake fluid service. Immediately after leaving, a brake warning light appeared on my dashboard. This light was not on prior to the service. I returned to the shop to address this new issue and explained that there had been no brake problems before the service was completed. While I was speaking with the employee who had initially assisted me, another staff member interrupted the conversation and rudely stated that “things happen” and that there was nothing they could do. I paid $415 for this service and left with a new, unresolved issue that was not noted in my initial inspection report. While the mechanic who worked on my vehicle was polite and offered a discount on a future oil change, this does not resolve the current problem. Given this experie

I have been going to the qtown JL for many years. They r the best. I always get great treatment there and do does my car.

Staff was so friendly. They had me in and out in 20 minutes. Found my coolant was low to help me avoid future issues. Overall great experience.

I have been in before to get an oil change and they were fantastic but they really were super awesome this week when I had a check engine light and the work required was less than the original estimate because they only did the work that needed to be done..trustworthy is hard to find but I will keep bringing my 2007 350kmiles Lexus es350
