I have been a customer of Black's Tire and Auto Service for over ten years. My experience with them during each and every visit has always been outstanding! They have consistently diagnosed and repaired any issue I was having with my vehicle. Plus at a fair and reasonable price. I appreciate their expertise, knowledge and caring manner. A great place for quality service.

The young lady behind counter was GREAT and the techs went the extra step. Had a horrible day. My crew and I were working 2 hours away. Their one truck and trailer had 3 flats that day. By the 3rd flat we already used spare trailer tire. I got the shredded tire and rim and got to Black's 4 minutes before they close. First guy say he can take care of it...... tomorrow I told him it's the 3rd flat and we are an hour and a half away from our shop. Nope can't help. The women it next register said she'll check. I loved her lol. Rim was bent so need tire and rim. Tech came back no rim. Ugh, tech was awesome too said he'll try to bang it out. I hear them beating the heck out of rim. Within 15 minutes that young lady and techs had me out the door and my crew were able to make it home. The women be

I had never been in before today, but will definitely be back. Great customer service - friendly and welcoming, and clearly they have a loyal customer base. I needed a last minute inspection and they turned it around in a matter of minutes. Happy to have found Black's Tire & Auto!

You have to appreciate the way the staff is attentive to any problems that you have with your vehicle among the light hearted conversations while helping you with whatever issue you are going through!! 💙 Mr. Bias and staff are top notch and will always be my choice! Unfortunately, this morning I had a completely flat tire on Hwy. 211 after running over a nail or similar object that punctured my rim. I phoned Black's Tire & Candace greeted me and quickly was able to tell me that w. any luck they could get a replacement tire exactly like the damaged one by early afternoon today. Fast forward to 3:40 and they texted that my car was done! So back home safe & sound in SPT. Thank you, B.T.S.!!
