Reliable Roadside Services Inc

We live in Pennsylvania and were on vacation at Ocean Isle Beach. Our ignition coil needed replaced and it was 3:30 Saturday afternoon( we were leaving Sunday to head home. I sent Reliable our address and by 5:45 Chris from Reliable had picked up the part and was putting it on! Chris was a very nice young man-polite & knew exactly what needed to be done. The price was more than reasonable! Thank you Reliable! Without you we would have been stuck there until Monday!!

When I broke down while visiting town alone on New Year’s Eve out of 6 shops in town reliable is the only place that said they would help me, they had my car fixed the next day and I am so thankful for them and how ‘reliable’ they were. I will always recommend this shop with my whole heart. Thank you guys so so much!

Traveled from up north to visit family around here, my tire was loosing air after driving from Myrtle beach to Ash. I ended up with a large rock embedded in my tire. After Nissan roadside never showed up, I called reliable towing early the next morning just based off the google reviews. They came out within 30min on that Saturday morning like they said they would, was able to plug my tire, and was more than reasonable with pricing. I am so thankful they were able to help and so quickly. My family local to Ash even took down their contact info.

Had them tow and refill my cvt oil in a jam for a fair price the driver was professional and understanding

I was quoted one price and the driver overcharged me and pocketed the difference. Don't know his name but he has red hair and a red beard. Will never call them again due to this employees dishonesty. A company is only as good as the people who represent them.
