Caliber Collision

The shop is located next to enterprise, the rental company that I received a loaner from. Both caliber and enterprise coordinated by rental so that I knew exactly when I was to turn the rental vehicle in. They are conveniently located to each other with plenty of parking and personnel to assist you during the repair and rental process.

Caliber Collision in Shallotte is in a great location. Aside from the poor communication and almost three week wait I'm very happy with the work done to my Audi.

Ladonna is a pleasure to work with... she knows her stuff and she is very accommodating and helpful. The repair work was a new fender on a 2025 Explorer... The work is professional, and it's impossible for me to tell it is a new fender. It lines up as well (or better) than it did from factory. They did a great job recalibrating all my whizzgigs and thingamabobs, and my safety and convenience features (and AI) on my Explorer all operate as perfectly as they did prior to drop-off for repair. THey even cleaned up my interior a bit... did a really good job vacuuming. I really appreciated that... it was a nice touch. The car was absolutely perfect when I got it back and they even got it back to me early communication was great. They text me along the way if I had any questions I could ask them.
