Black's Tire & Auto Service

I've always had decent customer service and they are quick with oil changes. Its a tad pricey though. $136.12 for just an oil change? There's other places that are cheaper. I understand the mechanics need paid and the parts cost money, but what in the world

I went back to black tire and auto on 3/5/2026 to get them to check my vehicle, for air conditioning issues ,they wanted to charge me $130.00 just to look at it,and the young guy, kept giving me the run a round about the total price .which i estimate it to be over $300.its a total Rip-off! How you going to attract good customers if you keep charging high up front charges,and 🤔 you don’t know what wrong with the vehicle! SMH! I will not be going back.

Never agian will I ever go to blacks tire, they are a rip off if you have ever seen before, I send a lot of customers to them, but I will never send anyone to them ever agian. These people gave me a quote on a new trialer tire mounted and balanced and printed off the quote and said it was good for 30days which was 471.00 I said ok go ahead then 10mins later they called me and said the quote changed to 491.00 which ant but $20 but if you can’t get your quote right the first time don’t be trying to charge people extra when you screwed up. Bad services never agian

I cannot recommend this shop due to extreme pricing inconsistencies and poor customer service. I was initially quoted $800 for a belt and alternator replacement. Later, the shop contacted me stating the price had increased to $3,500 for the exact same work. They clarified that no additional issues were found; rather, they claimed the initial quote was simply a "mistake." While they eventually offered to let me take the car back because of their error, the experience of getting my vehicle back was a logistical nightmare. Communication Issues: Unmet Promises: Staff repeatedly promised updates that never occurred. Hold Times: I spent over 30 minutes on hold multiple times. In one instance, I was even accidentally connected to another customer who was also waiting on hold. Poor Record Keep

They didn’t fix the issue. It made my problem worse. They tried to fix it but I found out that my car was the first time fixing my problem. I would respect them if they would’ve said that. I had to go to Toyota dealership to fix it. So I was actually charged cheaper. So I spent 2400$ to fix my problem. ****update**** I want to give an update on my experience with Blacks Tires. I called them and explained to them that I had to go to the Toyota dealership and they ended up having to fix it. And the front desk clerk at Blacks tires said they would see what they could do to make it right. They actually went above and beyond and reimbursed me for what I had to go get fixed. I have always loved taking my car to them but the situation had made me feel discouraged about it but I really appreciate
