Always good service and quality work. I chose Blackwell even though I live in Pensacola, FL bc I know the quality work and ease of claims I have had in the past. Same this time!

They did a wonderful job on my car a couple of weeks ago. In Fact they have did great jobs on repair of several of our cars. We recommend them highly , staff is friendly, they are quick and efficient

Blackwell Bodyshop does excellent work. Everyone there was friendly, courteous and professional. Thanks to Kim for answering any questions or concerns I had. I have used them several times over the years and will continue to do so.

They do great work here. Make your car look like nothing ever happened to it but if there is anything that requires after care you are out of luck. Constant run around and excuses. They are super nice and friendly until they get your money (and a lot of it) but after that if anything is wrong with their work, you are on your own. After posting this review I did hear back from someone at the business and hope that we have worked out a suitable solution to the issue. I understand that parts were hard to get and believe that they were working to find an answer to the problem.

Horrible treatment to me and my wife and they charged double because they needed two tow trucks not my fault they dont know how to drive and needed an extra truck why should i have to pay for their mistakes & lack of skill??
