I went in to get my tires repaired under warranty and had a very disappointing experience. I was told only 2 of the 4 tires could be covered because of an “issue,” and that I would need to pay over $700 for the other two since they claimed my vehicle was all-wheel drive. The problem? My vehicle is front-wheel drive. When I pushed back and insisted they double-check, they came back within seconds to admit I was correct. As a tire service center, you would think they’d know how to determine what type of drivetrain a vehicle has before trying to sell unnecessary repairs. It felt like they were trying to take advantage of me — a mother there alone with two children — by giving false information to pressure me into paying for something I didn’t need. I had a blown tire after hours and my Jack wasn’t working - Alec came out with a Jack from the shop and helped me replace the tire! Super helpful even when they were closed! Thank you Alec for helping me for an hour and a half. I would have been stuck without you!

They have a great selection of pet care items which is great as we were looking for a high grade dog food for our dog. The person who helped me was knowledgeable We ended up ordering it on line for pick up and their customer drive up fir On-line orders is fantastic, quick and courteous. Will use them again.
